CITIZEN COMPLAINT PROCESS
Spicewood Crushed Stone Alternative Dispute Resolution Process
Steps to Follow:
1. Reference *City Ordinance No. 2019-ORD015 (Attachment B)
2. Submit **Citizen Quarry Blast Impact Report
3. Upon receipt of a properly completed form, a representative of Spicewood Crushed Stone will meet with the complainant to review the claim and discuss the issues. The meeting will be scheduled within 30 calendar days.
4. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the complainant may request to continue the process as outlined in *City Ordinance No. 2019-ORD015 (Attachment B).
